Federal Financial Services Act (FinSA)
The aim of the Financial Services Act (FinSA) and its implementing ordinance, both of which came into force on 1 January 2020, is to protect the clients of financial services providers and foster comparable terms of business among the financial services offered by various providers. This legislation thereby aims to strengthen the reputation and competitiveness of Switzerland as a global financial hub.
It also sets forth the requirements for the fair, timely and transparent provision of financial services and regulates the distribution of financial instruments.

Best execution policy
The Best execution policy describes the measures taken by Banque Bonhôte & Cie SA to ensure the best possible results when executing orders to buy and sell financial instruments and/or when receiving and transmitting trading orders directly or through intermediaries on behalf of its clients, taking into account costs, speed and quality.
This Policy applies to all clients who have signed a discretionary or advisory mandate with the Bank, as well as those for whom the Bank provides execution only services (confined to executing or transmitting client orders).
